BRANDON VS. PEARL
My Pearl boys sure have been quiet about the game this past Friday. I guess that is because of the whoopin they took, in their home stadium I might add. The final score was 35-16.
Brandon took the opening kickoff back for touchdown. Then, their next possession took it 90 something yards for another TD. It just wasn't the Pirates night. This win snaps a 3 game losing streak to the Pirates. Hopefully this will start a long winning streak for years to come against our cross town rivals.
Where are you at Todd, Aaron, R.J.? Y'all are usually talking smack. Bring it, don't sing it.

Pearl 0-1

This post coming from the Brandon grad who didn't support his team while they were losing the past 3 years. Heck, he wasn't even at the Brandon vs. Pearl game. He had to call me to find out what was going on!!!
That's not a true fan my friends...I smell a bandwagon jumper!!! If I remember correctly, Kalihar, you asked Todd and myself why we still went to high school football games this time last year. That, ofcourse, was after Brandon lost to Pearl for the third straight year.

By the way, did you go to the University of Alabama, or do you consider that a bandwagon jumper? Hmmm. You might want to think about that one.

There's nothing to think about. Where is it in the college football fans handbook that says you have to attend a University to be a life long fan? I've always been on the Bama bandwagon (even in the bad years), I've just never jumped.
Man, this is the most action my blog has gotten in some time.
